  • Q What fle formats do you accept?

    A
    We accept common 3D fle formats such as STL, STEP, STP, OBJ, 3MF, IGES, and other CAD formats. STEP  or STP fles are preferred for engineering review.

  • Q Which 3D printing process should I choose?

    A
    It depends on your part size, strength requirement, surface fnish, tolerance, budget, and application. If  you are unsure, FEIGEER TECH engineers can recommend the best option after reviewing your CAD fle.

  • Q Can 3D printed parts be used as end-use parts?

    A
    Yes. Processes such as SLS, MJF, FDM with engineering materials, and metal 3D printing can produce  functional end-use parts, depending on the application and material requirements.

  • Q Can you print metal parts?

    A
    Yes. FEIGEER TECH supports metal 3D printing with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium,  Inconel, tool steel, cobalt chrome, and copper alloys.

  • Q Can you make transparent parts?

    A
    Yes. Transparent parts can be produced using clear resin or transparent PolyJet materials. Polishing or  coating may be required to improve clarity.

  • Q Can 3D printed parts be painted or fnished?

    A
    Yes. FEIGEER TECH ofers sanding, polishing, painting, dyeing, bead blasting, vapor smoothing,  anodizing, electroplating, CNC secondary machining, and other fnishing options depending on the  material and process.

  • Q How accurate is 3D printing?

    A
    Accuracy depends on the process, material, part size, geometry, and build orientation. Resin printing and  metal printing typically ofer higher precision, while FDM is usually more cost-efective for larger parts.

  • Q Is 3D printing suitable for mass production?

    A
    3D printing is excellent for prototypes, custom parts, and low-volume production. For very high-volume  plastic parts, injection molding may be more cost-efective.
  • Q What casting processes does Feigeer Tech offer?

    A

    At Feigeer Tech, we provide a full range of machined casting solutions, including investment casting, die casting, gravity casting, and sand casting.
    Each process is selected based on your product’s geometry, tolerance requirements, and production volume to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
